Weekend Cub Family Fall Festival @ Camp Sidney Dew

Cub Family Fall Festival Saturday program will begin at 9:00 am and will run until 5:00 pm. For units
camping there will be a campfire program after supper. If your unit wishes to do a skit or song
you will need to fill out the included campfire form and turn it in at Hubbs by 10am on Saturday
This event will run as an open schedule event, everyone will have an opportunity to explore all
the activities along with their group at their own pace. Events will be held on the Lake Goodyear
side of the camp, near Blackfoot Shelter. All programs will be centrally located in this area to
help minimize travel between program stations.

BB Range Inflatables
Archery Range Field Games
Sling Shot Hayride
Scarecrow Judging Unit Camping
Gaga Ball Much more….
Every unit can participate in the closing campfire program. Be sure to select a skit or song and
turn in the form at Hubbs at either check-in or by 10:00am on Saturday morning. Skit/songs
must be approved by the unit leader before submitted. Skit or song ideas will be reviewed for
appropriateness and where on the campfire agenda it will be scheduled.
Event awards can be earned by units that participate in the pumpkin decorating contest,
scarecrow contest, campfire program participation and overall scout spirit (chants and cheers
are encouraged). Awards will be presented at the campfire program on Saturday night.

The youth registration fee includes a patch and all activities on Saturday. Parents or youth who wish to purchase (additional) patches may do so for $5 per patch at registration while supplies last.
