July Pack Meeting – Swimming

We have a swim event planned at Big Canoe Beach Club and Pool at Lake Disharoon.

Date:  Sunday July 28th at 3:00 p.m.

Location: Big Canoe Beach Club and Pool at Lake Disharoon – 461 Wolfscratch Dr, Big Canoe, GA 30143

The Beach Club at Lake Disharoon is comprised of a free-form, saline system, zero entry swimming pool, as well as:

• 300-yard sandy beachfront on Lake Disharoon
• Roped off swimming section in the Lake
• 200-foot Rockslide
• Inflatable water park for kids in the Lake
• Paddle Boats, Canoes, Kayaks, and Paddle Boards
• Bathrooms with changing areas
• Lifeguards certified by the American Red Cross

Please arrive at 3:00 p.m. so your family can get checked in.  Registered cub scouts and one associated parent/guardian per cub scout can enter the event for free (the Pack will cover the Big Canoe club entry fee).  Register scout leaders are free.  If other family members would like to come, they are welcome, but will need to pay their own entry fee, $20 per person.  Families are welcome to stay as long as they want.  The swim area closes at 8:00 p.m.

Bob Hopper will be the leader in charge of this event.
