Big Canoe Scout Hut

Mailing Address: 1849 Steve Tate Highway, Marble Hill, GA 30148

Alternate GPS Mapping Address: 882 Steve Tate Highway, Marble Hill, GA 30148

The Scout Hut is located just outside of Big Canoe on Steve Tate Highway, adjacent to the Big Canoe Terraces outdoor venue.  The entrance to the Terraces is located between the Big Canoe Main Entrance and the Trinity Church on Steve Tate Highway.   Turn into the Terraces entrance and make an immediate right onto the gravel road. Remain on this road, passing the amphitheater, and you will come to a dirt driveway on the right that leads to the Scout Hut.  Just park where there is space off to the side, and please do not block the driveway.   Parking near the Scout Hut is limited, so you may have to circle around and park near the amphitheater.

The Scout Oath

On my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight.
